General

1. I can’t buy online. Is there anywhere else that I can get your accessories?
Check out our brick-and-mortar stores here: Stockists. Alternatively, visit us at our pop-up stores 

2. When is your next restock?
We do not have a set restock schedule, the fastest way to stay updated on restock dates and available designs is to follow us on Instagram at @lovelystrokes.


3. When will you be restocking Design X?
Please follow us at @lovelystrokes to stay updated on restock dates and available designs!

4. I won’t be able to make it to your pop-up early. Can I reserve and pay for a pair of Design X and pick it up afterwards?
To ensure fairness for all customers, reservations for both our webstore and pop-up stores are not accepted. We hope for your kind understanding.

5. Do you take preorders?
Due to logistical constraints, we do not take preorders. Sorry!

6. I would like to get a custom pair.
We currently do not offer custom orders.

7. What stocks do you have at your Stockists?
Our Stockists are constantly stocked, but we do not have live stock availabilities. You can contact our Stockists directly to check on stock availability.

Designs available at our Stockists vary from restock to restock. 

8. I’d like to collaborate with you!

1. I have sensitive skin. Are your accessories safe for use?
Yes! All our earrings are backed with surgical-grade stainless steel ear posts sourced from reputable metalsmiths, and are suitable for those with sensitive ears.

2. I don’t have pierced ears, but I’d really like to wear your earrings!

Clip-on earrings are available for webstore purchases. After placing your order, drop us an email with your request at hello@lovelystrokes.com.

3. How do I take care of my Lovelystrokes accessories?
Lovelystrokes’ jewellery is lightweight and durable. However, they should be handled with care to ensure longevity. Find out how with our Care Instructions.

 


 

Ordering and Shipping

1. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do - for more information, please read: Delivery Info.

2. Help! I received an incorrect product.
We apologize for our oversight. Kindly drop us an email with your order number and images of the product to hello@lovelystrokes.com.

3. What are the payment methods available?

Accepted modes of payments are VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept PayNow and PayLah for Singapore residents. 

4. I submitted my order but I would like to change my mailing details.

You can drop an email to hello@lovelystrokes.com with your order number and the changes you would like to make.  

5. How long does it take my order to ship?

Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be prepared and shipped (unless otherwise stated), although we do our best to send out orders at the earliest possible. 

6. What are the delivery options?

Domestic Delivery Option:

  • Registered Postage (2 working days upon dispatch)

International Delivery Options:

We ship worldwide, with tracking and insurance provided.
(Priority shipping can be arranged upon request.)
